Dressing Style: Casual. Much to his parents disappointed he loves wearing jeans but for the sake of keeping the pace more often than not he'll be found in dress pants and a shirt. When he can get away with it though he'll go casual with jeans and a t-shirt, very muggle which he hates but hey, he likes jeans. Though yes, dress shirt and pants very smart which more often than not works very well for him with the older ladies. Unlike his Dad, Tobias lets his hair fall how it wants, he'll add a little gel but more often than not it has an unkempt, untidy appeal to it.
PERSONALITY
Personality Description: Tobias hates everything about the Malfoy name a lot of the time, but loves the respect it gets him more often than not. People often compare him to his Dad which he hates, last he checked he was a hell of a lot different from the man. Though he does have a knack for breaking the rules, causing fights (often simply because he's bored) and getting into a hell of a lot of trouble.
Tobias is very much the charmer, always knowing the right words to help him in getting what he wants. He's highly intelligent but doesn't flaunt it, he likes his bad boy image and the attention it gets him. He's very much a flirt and very fond of the ladies. At parties he's usually the center of attention. He's an adrenaline junky and is always looking for that next rush, he loves spontanaety and really acts on impulse instead of thinking things through, which has been known to get him in trouble.

History: First born to Draco and Astoria Malfoy. There was always certain expectations pushed on to Tobias. Even as a young child he was expected to act a certain way, in order to maintain the family name. The Malfoy name was in ruins following the war, but over time Draco managed to regain the respect of the magical community though the fact the family had ties with Death Eaters, people were cautious about them. Tobias was made to behave in a proper manner, never getting the childhood most his age did. His toys were mostly ornament and heaven forbid he make a mess.
Things didn't ease off after the arrival of his siblings, in fact the pressure on him only increased. Malfoy's acted a certain way. It was a way of life he hated. A child shouldn't have to grow up like that and he knew his parents loved him, but they loved their status as well and with the damage Lucious had done during the war, plus the fact Draco was branded with the mark of a death eater things were harder. Though Tobias did as his parents asked, he was a good child.
Then his time to go to Hogwarts came and he was finally free, or that's what he thought. Turns out he was still expected to act like a Malfoy at school. He will admit to liking the power that came with the Malfoy name at school, the way other students cowered away from him, the way others tried to get close to him. It was something he liked very much and although at times he acted on his status as a Malfoy, he often did what he could to shake off the shackles that came with the name. He's highly intelligent of course and is passing his classes, but he's earned himself the role of bad boy and he loves it.
He's a sucker for the ladies, in fact he was 15 when he first spent the night with a woman...a much older woman he met in Hogsmeade. Partying, women, drinking, anything he can do to break the rules he will yet somehow he's managed to not get himself expelled. When he was sixteen he managed to get a tattoo, mostly on a dare from his friends but still, he got it. Now he's in his last year of school and he can't wait to leave, yet at the same time he worries about what it will mean. There's pressure on him to pursue a career in the ministry but he's not sure that's what he wants. Well...he has a year to figure it out right?
